Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Lessgo! ("the Service"), operated by Kogayon Trading SRL (trading as TAROS Web Services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, bully, or threaten other users
  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to manipulate the gamification system (XP farming, fake check-ins)
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
  • Impersonate other users, venues, or organizations
  • Circumvent any security or access control measures

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, photos, etc.). By posting, you grant Lessgo! a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You may delete your content at any time.

6. Gamification system

XP, levels, achievements, and leaderboard positions have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. We reserve the right to adjust XP values, reset leaderboards, and modify the gamification system at any time.

7. Venue and event information

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that venue information (hours, prices, availability) is always current. Always verify critical details directly with the venue. Lessgo! is not responsible for your experiences at third-party venues.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or suitability for any particular purpose. Use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lessgo! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
